Patient Follow-up

We maintain routine follow-up services to ensure patient compliance and proper care of the garment, including instructions on donning and doffing. We send reminder cards upon insurance eligibility for garment re-orders.

All Insurance Processing Including:

• Verification of eligibility to ensure the patients’ insurance covers the recommended garment
• Obtaining the necessary letter of medical necessity
• Discovery as to patient’s out of pocket cost (deductible and co-pay)
• Billing of the patient's insurance
